Sponsorship opportunities for the 2011 Corporate Team Triathlon are now available. Sponsorship levels are designed to give maximum exposure to a number of high profile corporate sponsors. Corporate Marquee Hire

Only event MAJOR AND MINOR Sponsors can hire a marquee which will be included in their Sponsorship Packages This will be conducted on a "first in, best dressed" basis because of limited space available. Marquees will be setup the night prior to the event and you allocated tent number will be emailed to you the week before the event. Please book your marquee size with Jaret Grant or Clayton Cook on 4772 3800.

Steps To Take

Plan the team(s) you wish you enter for your company so you can work out what type/size of marquee you will require. Planning ahead saves time later. Make sure the team(s) are officially entered online, ring TP human capital and put in a request to book a marquee (they know about the event, so make sure you mention it!)

Self Catering

Companies are permitted to bring their own food and beverages on site. All items must be carried personally on site by the company (no vehicles allowed on site). No alcoholic beverages are to be consumed, as stated in the Licensing Laws. All signage must be approved by the Townsville Triathlon Festival Inc Committee. Course signage will be allocated to sponsors depending on sponsorship package.
